i found the hotel has a very good location, close to the harbor. my room was upgraded, i received a front sea view. katerina at reception was helpful and offered useful recommendation.
The half-board plan did not include water. One liter cost €6.

the hotel provided a luxurious experience. our room had a lovely view. the breakfast buffet was extensive and fresh, with a wide range of options. the staff were attentive and always ready to assist with any request.
The lighting in the bathroom was a bit dim. Better illumination would be beneficial.

creaking bedsmall bathroom
the room was not great. the bed creaked and it was quite annoying. the bathroom was also too small for my liking, it felt cramped. the louvre doors looked like they haven't been cleaned in ages, so dusty and not very nice. I was expecting a bit more for the price.

broken fannon-functional safe
The room had issues. The bathroom fan did not work. The safe also did not work. Some of the sockets in the room were not working. I ordered coffee at breakfast several times then went to get my breakfast. I had eaten it long before coffee arrived at the table. Breakfast after 9 am means overcrowding.
